SPANOLUX - FIBRALUX® MR Prime - High quality moisture-repellent MDF for use in humid environments, particularly for interior decoration and furniture production. Industrially coated on both sides with a white and even primer.

High density, moisture resistant MDF board (MDF.HLS according EN 622-5), primed on both sides with a white and even UV primer coating, suitable for an excellent and cost and time saving paint finish. For easy identification, the panel is coloured green in the mass. Fibralux MR Prime can be used for load bearing applications in humid conditions. This board has low formaldehyde emission (E1 class) and also meets the requirements set by the California Air Resources Board (CARB - phase 2) and EPA (TSCA - Title VI). High density, moisture resistant & fire retardant MDF board (MDF.H FR according EN 622-5), with a hard, fine and smoothly sanded surface. Fibralux MR FR NAF is characterised by extremely low formaldehyde emissions (no added formaldehyde-based resins). Fibralux MR FR NAF can be used for non-load bearing applications in humid conditions. This board is approved by the by Air Resource Board (ARB) as a no-added formaldehyde based resin (NAF) MDF board (section 93120.3 of the ATCM (Airborne Toxic Control Measure). Fibralux MR FR NAF is hardly flammable (ASTM E84 Class A/Class 1 rating for thicknesses 9 - 30 mm and European fire reaction classification B), has a significantly delayed combustion and does not contribute to flame spread. For all available thicknesses (from 6 to 30 mm), Fibralux MR FR NAF is B-s1-d0 certified (EN 13501-1).
