Internal Door Kits

Full kit includes:

• Door leaf
• frame
• hinges
• handle

Construction:

• rebated, non-rebated or reverse door leaf
• internal timber stiles and top rail, MDF bottom rail, covered with two HDF boards
• rigid honeycomb infill or solid core infill for additional charge
• optional door frame extension panels and a crosshead with pilasters are available for an additional charge
• the door can be trimmed by a customer (not for BALDUR1, 3, 5)

Finishing:

• door leaves and door frames coated with water-based UV-hardened varnish for high resistance to adverse use conditions
• door leaf edge made in standard or non-rebated technology
• the BALDUR 1 sliding systems have a visible 17 mm high aluminum or black coloured profile in the lower part of the glass pane

Hardware:

• three pin mortise hinges in a rebated door leaf
• three concealed hinges in the non-adjacent leaf and two hinges in the reverse leaf in silver (black against an extra charge); hinges are supplied and priced with the door frame
• a lever tumbler lock in the rebated door leaf and a key-locked magnetic lock (lever tumbler lock as an option) in the non-rebated and reverse door leaves, thumb turn cylinder, economy or silver with a blockade or, optionally, for an additional charge, a black or golden magnetic lock

Glazing:

• BALDUR 1, 3, 5: VSG/ESG 441 laminated and tempered safety glass as standard, frosted or black, plain on both sides
• fixed glazing widths: BALDUR 1 – 50 mm, BALDUR 3, 5 – 210 mm

Extra Charges:

• reverse door leaf
• solid core filling
• door undercut or air gap undercut
• “100” rebated and non-rebated door leaf
• additional bottom rail for the customer to be able to cut the door by up to 8 cm (not for BALDUR 1, 3, 5)
• metal hinge casings in the rebated door leaf (brushed nickel, patina, polished chrome, polished brass, white and black)
• drop down seal 2) (not for BALDUR 1, 3, 5)
• can be replaced with a black or golden magnetic lock for non-rebated and reverse leaves
• magnetic stop (buffer) 2) (available in six colours)
