This makes it both interesting and exclusive - and also adds a touch of mystery. In brief, bog oak is formed when oak logs lie for hundreds of years in a bog. This starts a process that gives the wood a very special dark shade. Junckers recreates this process by vacuum fuming the board

Oak is a hardwood species characterised by having a very interesting grain structure. The wood species is exceptionally hard-wearing and therefore very suitable for flooring. White toned by using the colour Nordic White Plus, a pure and Scandinavian touch is added to the floor. The black neoprene strip placed between the boards adds a maritime look to the floor.
