The offset-cranked design of this hinge means it can be fitted between the door and the fascia therefore most of the hinge is hidden. The hinges are packed in pairs (i.e. one pair per standard size door 700 x 1800 x 17mm). Right Hand Pair. Suits panel thicknesses between 17 & 21mm. Anodised finish.

Hat & coat hook is fitted with a rubber buffer to prevent the door from banging off the partition. It is fixed to the door using two countersunk screws on 17mm panels. Anodised finish.

The angle can be placed with the long leg hanging over the front of the fascia to provide a definitive line, or alternatively fitted on the reverse of the fascia and fitted with infill panels to maintain the decorative appearance of the cubicle. This bracket is used to compliment the challenger channel bracket and is usually fitted to a wall mounted fascia to ensure the bracket is not seen from the front of the cubicle. The panel sizes which can be accomodated are: 12mm-13mm wall fix. The brackets are supplied in packs of three with all relevant fixings included. Anodised finish.

This bracket provides the perfect compliment to the panel, offering simple style and strength. The bracket is fixed to the wall using two stainless steel countersunk screws, or fixed through the fascia using two stainless steel bolts and "T" Nuts, the panel is held in the bracket by a 6mm thread and two special nickel coated brass "T" Nuts. The bolt has been designed and tested to withstand the rigours of wet areas and the associated movement in the core material.

The Cubicle Angle Bracket is a radiused bracket incorporating a single screw fixing into the panel. It is secured to a wall or fascia using two countersunk screws. It is suitable for panels over 19mm in thickness. Supplied in packs of three brackets complete with all wall, fascia and panel fixing screws. Anodised finish.

The B6 Bracket is a radiused channel bracket incorporating a double "T" nut fixing through the panel. It is secured to a wall or fascia using two countersunk screws. Due to the height of this bracket it is particularly suitable for use when duct panels or shadow gaps are incorporated into the design. The extra depth allows for on-site drilling of the panels. Supplied in packs of three brackets complete with all wall, fascia and panel fixing bolts. Full installation instructions are available. Anodised finish.

The challenger indicator bolt is a stylish slide action lock with no visible fixings, the lock slides on a solid aluminum rail which incorporates a spring-loaded ball bearing to create a smooth, quiet operation. The lock is supplied with the traditional round faceplate. Suitable for 12mm-13mm panel. Anodised finish.

This is probably the strongest hinge you can fit, suited to demanding environments and high usage where minimal maintenance is a prerequisite. This hinge is designed to encapsulate the door in the short channel section, the door is then fixed using the four flush bolts, when the door is closed, the channel section is hidden behind the fascia. Suitable for 12mm-13mm panel. Anodised finish. Hinge is fixed to the fascia by 2 T nuts per hinge.
