DECOSPAN - Querkus Flex - a veneer layon that is very easy to work with. The veneer layon is first pressed onto paper and the wood fibres are then broken. This gives us a flexible strip of veneer wood

1. Top layer
The Querkus veneer layon is always of an A quality. Possibilities:
 - look : Oak Natural, Oak Retro, Oak Smoked or Oak Vintage
 - thickness : Oak Natural, Oak Retro & Oak Smoked = 0,6 mm, Oak Vintage = 1 mm
 - touch :

The gluing of the top - and backing layer is done with a formaldehyde-free glue

DECOSPAN - Shinnoki Panel - prefinished panels are made up of a top layer of veneer, an 18 mm (11/16”) MDF core and a balance layer on the back for stability. This range of wood veneered panels does not need any further finishing

Double-sided panels
These panels are finished the same way on both sides with the Shinnoki design and protection technology. They come with a transparent foil layer to protect the boards during transportation and handling that is simple to remove.

Single-sided panels
For application where only one side of the panel is constantly visible, the single-sided Shinnoki panels are a great cost-effective alternative. These boards are finished on one side with the Shinnoki design. To guarantee the stability, a balance veneer is needed. We chose for a technical veneer which is stained and lacquered to be a reasonably matching balancer pertaining to the front side. Both sides have a protective foil whick is easy to remove.

DECOSPAN - Shinnoki Laminates - prefinished veneered laminates are made up of stained and lacquered real wood veneers laminated to a paper impregnated with a phenolic resin. The result is a firm but still bendable product that can be applied as easy as a HPL decorative laminate

Application: ideal for applications such as interior doors and where specific substrates are required and thus a perfect complement to Shinnoki panels

DECOSPAN - Shinnoki Edge Banding - for seamless edge finishing, you can rely on our range of prefinished edge bandings in various colours and styles. There are both ABS strips and veneer strips available

DECOSPAN - Look'likes Panel - exquisite structures in real wood on strong boards which are easy to process. A pleasure for every designer, installer and customer 

TOP LAYER: Reconstituted veneer, 15 different DESIGNS, standard length is 3050 mm

BOARD: Choose from chipboard, MDF boards, blockboards or plywood boards in different thicknesses and dimensions

EDGE BANDING: for seamless edge finishing, you can choose from our range of edge bandings. We have veneer strips in 24x0,6 mm in various colours

BACKING: We recommend that you provide a backing on your veneer boards. This increases the stability of the boards

Noyeks Newmans can help you choose the right backing. Here's an overview of the options:

• The same reconstituted veneer as the top layer
• Red: okoumé rotary veneer
• Blind: can be any wood species. No defaults are allowed and the veneer is only meant to stabilise the board
• Paper: paper can be selected as backing for some applications. This may cause warping for which we cannot be held responsible

DECOSPAN - Look'likes Ply - lexible veneer sheet consists of two or three layers of wood veneer. With Look’likes ply you have endless creative options for cosy interiors with unique wood structures. The veneer is extra thick so grooves are possible in the top layer. This extra structure highlights the natural expression of real wood even more

TOP LAYER: Reconstituted veneer, 15 different DESIGNS

2-PLY - Two sheets of veneer are glued on top of each other for this product. A veneer of the same wood species but of lower quality is usually chosen as backing veneer, 2X LONG - This 2-PLY can be lightly sandblasted or brushed

3-PLY - If only used for grooves, it is recommended to choose the LONG-CROSS-LONG option. The tensile forces in such a sheet are more evenly distributed which increases the stability of the product.

DECOSPAN - Look'likes Flex - flexible sheets of wood veneer are ready for use immediately. This multi-purpose product is particularly well-suited for renovations. You can produce a complete make-over, instantly. Look'likes flex can be glued easily on any support

Features and benefits

Look’likes wallpaper is a flexible wood wallpaper. The production process is similar to that of Look'likes flex, however, the sheets are cut in perfectly parallel 600 mm wide strips. The sheets are 3050 mm long. Look’likes wallpaper is glued on a single side using the included glue. Look’likes wallpaper is supplied pre-sanded with a 150 abrasive grain. The veneer is untreated so you can choose the appropriate finish. Just sand and finish with oil or varnish
